    Financial Contribution

    Only volunteer hours undertaken in support of the organisation named in this application are eligible for matching.

    The Foundation values volunteer hours at $50 per hour, with the total value matched at a 4:1 ratio.

    A Lodge has two members volunteering at the applicant organisation's fundraising event:

    • Member 2 volunteers 3 hours

    The Lodge has contributed 5 volunteer hours.

    Matching Limits

    Each Lodge may receive up to $10,000 in Foundation matching per financial year.

    Financial donations and volunteer contributions are both matched at a 4:1 ratio. For example, a Lodge contributing $100 (either as a financial donation and/or as the assessed value of eligible volunteer hours) may request $400 in Foundation matching.

    Lodge Minutes

    The financial contribution and/or volunteer hours claimed by each Lodge must be recorded in, and approved through, that Lodge's Minutes. A copy of the relevant Minutes must be uploaded as part of this application.
