- Our charity is not limitless and so we must target our aid.
- We do not replace government assistance.
- We respect our obligations to our forebears to apply their contributions prudently.
We must therefore ask you some questions about your circumstances, recognising however that we do not want to embarrass you or intrude needlessly into your privacy. The information you provide will be subject to our privacy policy.
The more information you can provide, the better we can assess your application.
Freemasons Benevolent Fund provides relief of those who are in financial need on require other support which cannot be provided by Government or other agencies. Not everyone will qualify for assistance so it is essential that full explanations are given to demonstrate the basis of need.
To establish and manage this application, the Privacy Act requires Freemasons Benevolent Fund to:
- collect personal information about me in this application form and from other sources;
- obtain my agreement in relation to the handling of my personal information.
